Nithchel is a practicing Physician Associate for 19 years with experience in internal medicine and physical rehabilitation and she is certified by the National Commission of Certification of PA’s. In addition to the medical services she provides, she also oversees the nursing department at our Stuart, Florida detox and residential center. Her position puts her in a key role for collaboration between the Medical Director, herself as a provider, and the nursing staff in order to provide the most comprehensive care 24 hours a day.

During detox, medication is used to ease withdrawal from the drugs or alcohol that clients have been using. The types of medication used are determined by our medical team based on the needs of the client. Clients will also see a Psychiatrist and medical team throughout their time at Remedy Therapy, where any mental health and medical issues can be treated with medication if needed.
